The nation may have forgotten Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, a great Indian leader, and freedom fighter, but Chandauli has not. To mark his sacrifice in making India a free nation for all, a 63 feet tall statue of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay was set on 19th February 2020 at the Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Centre and was named PT. Deen Dayal Smriti Sthal. This statue is made up of 5 metals (panch loha) which together make it corrosion-free and everlasting. The site consists of some notable achievements and ideologies engraved all around to make people aware of his great personality. Although it is a very less known place, people in large number visit here and those who reach here once start visiting here regularly to experience its beauty and spend some quality time here.
